Gothic this fall ;

red lips, alabaster skin and black liner.

Strong with gucci

With fall, like the leaves trends fall. But now and then a new leaf grows, not many of course, only the strong ones survive the cold winter. In make-upland it goes the same. Dark lushes red lips were already a trend in the summer, many celebrities rocked the look. This fall is goes one step further. Making gothic like a new leaf. Not only the lips get a special touch. Strong contours, black is not used in moderation. We saw it on many runways: gucci, alexander wang... The list goes on. If you want to follow this amazing dark trend? Visit the adams family, they will be happy to see you again. Making this trend your own, will make sure that you will not be the odd the duck in the big pond called make-upland.

Maison Martin Margiela;

mystery with H&M.

What started with a belgian designer grows out to be one of the most desirable brands in the world. Maison Martin Margiela is a brand that speaks to the imagination. It demands an open view because of the excentrick designs and androgynous looks. But it is also the mystery that pulls people to the brand. Martin Margiela has always had a low profile. No pictures, no interviews and always backstage. He has left the brand, but the legend lives one. 

H&M has collaborated with the brand, taking the master pieces and making them affordable. A good thing for us students, who don't have money to splurge. It is an amazing opportunity to get to know the brand. It will make us hungry for more! After watching the preview, I was certain to hit the stores on the 15th of November. Collecting a piece and making it mine. Letting it absorb in my closet and making my clothes that I have now even more beautiful. It will be a day of mix and matching. Creating a million looks with just a few pieces. 

The opening party in Manhattan looked amazing. No models showing the clothes, but dancers. Making it even more mysterious than before. Elevating the collection to an whole other level. Making it art.

Life can only be understood backwards;

but it must be lived forwards.

When thinking about my past I am condemned to feel lost and joy at the same time. I am not a person who pities the past and nor I am a person that fears the past. I live from day to day, let faith drag me trough my days. Still holding the wheel ready to turn at the proper moment. Because the ones who lose control, always end up insane. It is not always the person that loses control, sometimes... sometimes it is faith that loses control. It is when a mother loses her child or a child loses her mother when you realize that holding the wheel is just holding on to something that can't be hold on to. Still we all do it, we all hope that we have control. But control in this world? It makes me laugh to think that you would believe something like that. Control is invented by human and is being kept a life by human. Still we all do it, we all believe it, we all fight for it. 

But I am just a student, 19 years old. Still holding the wheel very tight.
